Basildon’s public science engagement festival

Basildon Street Science is an annual public science engagement event from GhScientificUK. It is organised by Hephzi Tagoe who is local to Basildon and currently serves as vice chair of the regional branch of the Royal Society of Biology.

The annual science festival is aimed towards reaching under served and harder to reach communities within Basildon and its environs.

The festival is a thrill of creative science amazement

Basildon Street science is filled with educational fun using science, technology, engineering, art and maths with a range of shows, workshops and activities suitable for all ages.

It is a great avenue for locals to engage with the wider UK science and engineering community.
